- Purchases over $95 (inc GST) will qualify for FREE Express post delivery within Australia.
- Order under $95(inc GST), you have a choice of Standard (Shipping fee $7.95) or Express post (Shipping fee $10).
- EXPRESS POST:is a quicker method of delivery. Expected delivery time is between 1 to 5 BUSINESS days depending on your delivery address proximity to the Express Post networks .
- NORMAL POST: is a standard delivery by Australia Post. The delivery time can take 5 to 10 BUSINESS days depending on your delivery address.
- Delivery via Australia post.
The items ordered will ship as they become available. Once your order has been given to Australia Post, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.
All estimated delivery times include only major metropolitan areas – Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
- Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.
- If you do not receive your products within 3 weeks from the purchase date please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Purchases over $255 (inc GST) will qualify for FREE delivery.
- Purchases under $255 (inc GST): the postage and handling fee range from $35 to $40 depending on weight and destination. We will email you the exact postage and handling fee. Once you agree to the postage and handling fee we will invoiced you separately after you place your order.
- Delivery will take up to 3 weeks from the date of dispatch within the capital cities.
- If you do not receive your products within 4 weeks from the purchase date please email email@example.com
- Please ensure you choose the products carefully. Returns will only be accepted for faulty or incorrect goods.
- All products are sealed. Due to Health and Safety regulations, once products are opened they cannot be returned.
- For returns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the products.
- The customer will be responsible for postage fees for return of the products.
- Please ensure you bubble wrap the products so that it is not damaged in transit. Damaged products will not be exchanged.
- Your satisfaction with the purchase is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product please do not hesitate to email us on email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss this further.
- To make purchases on Dermedica online skincare shop you must register first. Once you register you become Dermedica's clients so you can purchase your skincare products.
- To purchase Obagi and Asepct Dr skincare you must first register then complete the Get Authorisation form. Due to the active ingredients in these cosmeceutical range, by completing the authorisation form it will allow us to understand more about your needs and concerns to ensure you are choosing the right product for your skin.
